Welcoming a New Leader!

I realize that there aren't enough members to really be adding more staff right now, but I am not personally familiar with Role Playing sites.

Without further ado, I would like to formally welcome the new leader。

For those who are in question as to why I chose Echostar, it is because she is a high-ranking member of another Role Playing Warriors fan site.
She is the deputy, and I think she would make a very good choice for a leader.
